AlphaWings Store - Return and Refund Policy

At AlphaWings Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we want to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair process for handling returns and refunds.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To ensure we can assess your request quickly, please review the specific conditions below:

  • Notification Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at alphawingsstore@gmail.com. Requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.

  • Required Information: To process your request, your email must include:

    • Order ID

    • Product Name

    • Customer Name

    • Customer Mobile Number

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging intact.

2. Specific Scenarios

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect. Without an unboxing video, we will NOT be able to proceed with your return.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly displays the contents of the package. If we are unable to fulfil the missing item(s) after investigation, we will issue a refund.

  • Electronic Products: Please note that electronic items are only eligible for return or refund if they are defective upon delivery. It is necessary to provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage or defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These include:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

  • Electronic products (unless they are found to be defective upon delivery, as outlined in Section 2).

  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.

5. Refund Process

If your product is eligible for a refund after we review your unboxing video, we'll ask you to ship the order to the address we provided to you by mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ship the item back within 3 business days of receiving the return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
